What is a PEAR Box?

A PEAR Box is a curated selection of timeless children’s clothing, perfectly coordinated in both style and color.
All pieces work together to form a thoughtful, complete wardrobe.

What sizes are available?

Our boxes are organized by clothing size and aligned with typical developmental stages.
Exact sizing details can be found directly on each product page.

Can I purchase individual pieces separately?

No.
The PEAR Box is designed as a complete wardrobe concept and is offered only as a full box.
At this time, the individual garments are not available for separate purchase.

Can I return individual items from a box?

No.
Because the PEAR Box is conceived as a cohesive concept, partial returns of individual garments are not possible.

In the event of a return, the entire box must be sent back.

How do returns work?

You have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for a return:

• The complete PEAR Box must be returned

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, in accordance with legal regulations, unless otherwise stated.

How long does the refund take?

Once the complete box has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days.

What materials are used?

We use only carefully selected natural materials that are gentle on the skin, durable, and designed to age beautifully over time.
We intentionally avoid synthetic fabrics.

Where is PEAR produced?

All garments are crafted by a family-run manufacturer in Italy.
Quality, craftsmanship, responsibility, and fair working conditions are central to everything we do.

Are there seasonal collections?

Yes—but intentionally reimagined.

PEAR works with seasonally curated boxes designed around the needs of each time of year.
Within a season, each box remains largely unchanged, allowing it to be available over a longer period.

Certain details or materials may evolve thoughtfully, but the core concept of the box stays consistent.
This creates reliability instead of constant change—and a wardrobe shaped by a child’s everyday life, not by trends.
