1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop Pear Studios GbR. Any terms and conditions of the customer that differ from or conflict with these Terms are hereby rejected.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. An automatic order confirmation is sent upon receipt of the order. The contract is concluded only upon our express acceptance or upon delivery of the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed before the order is submitted.
4. Delivery and Product Availability
Delivery is made within the delivery areas specified on the website. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made.
5. Payment
Payment may be made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process. There is no entitlement to any specific payment method.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of PEAR STUDIOS GbR until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy available in the online shop and during the ordering process.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. PEAR STUDIOS GbR is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution (ODR Platform)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at:

We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
